For your first purchase of any Product you can request a refund if you are not satisfied with the purchased Product. We will provide refunds ONLY on unopened bottles (as inspected and determined by the Alva Nutri team) in situations deemed appropriate by Alva Nutri. We only offer this 30-day money guarantee for Products purchased on our Website. If you purchased our Products through other sellers, please refer to the purchase location for returns, as such returns might be subject to the seller’s policy which we have no control over.


If you are not happy with your purchased Product, please contact our customer support by email ( Support@alvanutri .com ) as soon as you can, but no later than within 30 days from receiving. Refund on this Money Back Guarantee basis are limited to one time per household and not more than one Product of each Product category.
If you want to return a purchased Product, You are responsible for return shipping. If the product(s) you are returning exceeds a $50 value, we recommend including a tracking option or shipping insurance as an additional security measure.


After receiving your return to our designated address provided to you, we will verify the contents and your proof of purchase.
When Your returned products will be delivered back to us, Your refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product. You can choose to either receive a money refund, exchange to another Product, or store credit for future purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 


To handle your money back claim, please be prepared to provide our customer support the following information:

Certain products on the Website may be designated as Final Sale or Non-refundable. We will not be able to offer you refunds for such products.

Returning a Defected Product

Within 30 days from receiving, you can return a Product and receive a refund, exchange or store credit for future purchases, if you have received a Product which is either (“Defected Product”):

  • damaged or contaminated package;
  • defected, rancid, rotten or otherwise bad; or
  • substantially different from what you have ordered (incorrect item).

 

If you have received a defected item, please contact our Customer support by email Support@alvanutri.com as soon as you can, but no later than within 30 days from receiving the defected item, and be prepared to provide the following information to our customer support:

  • Location of Purchase
  • Purchase date
  • Consumed product previously?
  • Picture(s) of Product and/or concern
  • Shipping receipt or invoice.

 

We will collect the Defected Products from you free of charge – our customer support will provide you with a free shipping label and other details on how we will collect the Defected Product from you. Please be noted that we will only accept returns if they will be delivered to us in ways specified to you by our customer support.
We may refuse to issue a refund for Defected Product, if:

  • Defected Product was used extensively more than necessary to identify a defect (for example, if half of the Product was used prior to return);
  • you are unable to provide the Defected Product for inspection;
  • after close inspection, we have not found the defects that you have specified

 

Your refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the Defected Product and inspecting it by us. As a refund, you may choose to either receive a money refund, exchange it for another Product, or store credit for future purchase.

30-Day Auto-Renew Subscriptions

In order to ensure that the Client does not experience an interruption or loss of Services, the Services are offered on AUTOMATIC RENEWAL upon client selection on the website.

EXCEPT FOR THE REASONS DESCRIBED BELOW IN THIS SECTION, AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS THE APPLICABLE SERVICE UPON EXPIRATION OF THE CURRENT TERM FOR A RENEWAL PERIOD EQUAL IN TIME TO THE MOST RECENT SERVICE PERIOD. For example, if the Clients last service period is for 30days, the renewal period will typically be after 30 days.

Unless Client cancels the subscription (by writing to support@alvanutri.com), Company will automatically renew the applicable service when it comes up for renewal and will take payment from the payment method associated with the Service in Client’s account.

The Company may change the subscription plans and the price of the Services from time to time. Renewals will be charged at Company’s then-current rates, which Client acknowledges and agrees may be higher or lower than the rates for the original service period.

IF CLIENT DOES NOT WISH FOR SERVICE TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, he may elect to cancel the subscription at least 48 hours before the end of the current period, in which case, the Services will be terminated upon expiration of the then current term, unless he manually renews the Services prior to that date.

If the Client has purchased the subscription on the Companies website, the Client may easily cancel the subscription by logging in to the Users Account on the Companies website or contacting the support team by support@alvanutri.com.
